What counts as an AI transcript?
Each recording or meeting Margin transcribes and summarises for you. The free plan covers five a month; paid plans are unlimited.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Any time, from Settings → Billing. Cancelling keeps your plan active until the end of the period you've already paid for — nothing is deleted.
What happens to my recordings if I downgrade?
They stay. Recordings, transcripts, and notes you've already made are yours to keep; only the monthly AI limits go back to the free tier.
Do teammates need their own seat?
Yes — Team is priced per user, so everyone in the workspace gets their own login, library, and access to what the team shares.
